Description
netfocus Signature Factory digitally signs information ensuring the proper type of electronic signature for the process being performed.
netfocus Signature Factory is a key component in the netfocus eTransformation Suite (NES), an eTransformation technology suite that permits the creation of electronic signatures with the ability to be integrated into different types of documents.
It also supports the use of organisations own signature policies, being able to perform multiple signatures on a single document and allowing the centralised management of the user certificates so as to guarantee a secure storage of passwords.
When generating signatures, it supports the incorporation of time stamps. This characteristic is optional (the user choice or requirement from the applicable signature policy), while also being capable of generating receipts of the signatures generated.
